Stockinsky is operated by Shanghai LLM Technology Co., Ltd. By using https://stockinsky.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the service and disclaimer

Stockinsky uses AI to collect and organize public online information into research reports for Mainland China, Hong Kong and U.S. stocks. All content is for information and research only, is not investment advice, and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.

Verify material facts against company filings and authoritative data sources before making decisions. You remain responsible for your investment decisions and risks.

Accounts and security

Keep your password secure and use an accessible email address for verification and important notices. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use scripts or crawlers to invoke generation at high volume, bypass authentication or payment controls, or interfere with normal operation of the service.

Billing and credit packs

Viewing existing public reports is free, as is the first report for a new stock within the daily free allowance. Refreshing or regenerating an existing report, using Professional Valuation, and running an If–Then impact analysis after you confirm the clue require a verified account and consume credits after a clear confirmation. The If–Then clue-extraction step is free but capped per account per day.

Credit packs are one-time purchases through Creem. They are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew. Credits from each order are valid for one year after payment; when several orders exist, the credits expiring first are used first. Unused expired credits lapse automatically.

A report refresh that has started is generally not refunded solely because an upstream provider was rate-limited; retry can finish missing sections without another charge. Failed or interrupted professional-valuation and If–Then analysis jobs are refunded automatically.

Intellectual property

The Stockinsky service, brand and software belong to us. You may download and use generated reports, subject to your own responsibility to verify their accuracy and lawful use.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the relevant event.

Termination and contact
